Providing Productive Employees

Through extensive employment preparation, JDI is able to offer the business community employees who are pre-screened, pre-trained, ready and eager to work. As this is a fully funded service, there is no fee to the employer or applicant. JDI's employability behavior curriculum assesses each individuals needs. Employment preparation includes building skills ranging from punctuality and interview skills to personal hygiene and interpersonal relationships. Individuals are referred and assessed according to which employment environment best suits their specific needs. Short and long term goals are established, and based on success in meeting those goals, JDI offers individuals opportunities for advancement.
